Who we are

What we collect and why

When you send an enquiry, a quotation request or a B2B access request, we store the details you type in the form: name, company, country, e-mail address, telephone number, website and your message. We use them only to answer your request and to open a trade account if you ask for one. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry and, where applicable, the steps needed to enter into a contract with you.

Form submissions are stored on our server in the European Union and kept for 24 months after the last contact, unless a trade relationship follows, in which case they are kept as part of the customer file.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no marketing or tracking cookies. A single technical cookie is used only on the administration area, which is not accessible to visitors.

We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not build visitor profiles; it records aggregate page views, country and browser type.

Spam protection

Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. When you submit a form, Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser to tell people from automated scripts. Cloudflare's privacy policy applies to that processing.

Embedded content

The company film is hosted on YouTube and loads only after you press play; at that point Google may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy. The interactive map on the Global Reach page loads map tiles from the OpenStreetMap Foundation, which receives your IP address for that request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to its processing, or ask for it to be transferred. Write to info@taksimgroup.com and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country of residence.
